This includes taping, strapping and dry needling for sport and remedial purposes. This treatment will focus on one or two particular areas of concern.

The cups can be used on one spot (glass cups) target areas or can be used with oils (rubber cups - RockPods) to glide over the muscle to mobilise underlying fascia.
This form of Hot Stone Massage is incorporated into a sports massage. Stones are heated and used with oil to soothe, warm and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. The increased temperature allows the massage to work deeper into the muscles for added benefit.
