Remedial Massage Therapy

A follow up 60 minute remedial massage treatment. This concentrates on specific problem areas. This will include sports massage, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, taping and strapping where needed.
30 Minute Treatment

A 30 minute appointment to target a specific area of tightness/injury. Maintenance session after initial consultation .
Taping and Strapping

A stand alone 15 minute appointment. Can be done to re-bandage an injury or tape up for an event.
