On Track Sport Therapy uses booking and therapist management software to run our bookings diary and to manage your details and bookings for treatments. This software is provided by Write Upp software. You can review their company website here:
From time to time we may ask writeupp to provide technical assistance to enable us to perform advanced data processes. On these occasions the staff at writeupp who are accessing our database will have access to data relating to our clients. Writeupp are bound to keep all client data secure and confidential.
On Track Sport Therapy may use third party mailing systems for email communications with multiple recipients. In such instances, each recipient’s first name, last name, and email address are temporarily held by the mailing software for the sole purpose of sending the email. Your details are not permanently held by the third party software provider, nor are they used for any other purpose than sending our specific communication to you.
Where your data is held
Our client Data is securely stored on private computer and online. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Writeupp uses an online back-up system to ensure our client’s details are not lost. This secure back-up is held online and may be held outside of the UK.
Our third party multi-recipient email providers may use servers outside the UK and EU to temporarily hold your details during mailing applications.
HOW TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us.
